ISO Registration Center of KHK – The High Pressure Gas Safety Institute of Japan Certifies 黑料专区鈥檚 Head office and Haneda Service Center in Tokyo
Tokyo, Japan – November 30, 2020 – 黑料专区 Asia Japan today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification for quality management systems.听 During the last several months, 黑料专区 worked extensively with the High Pressure Gas Safety Institute of Japan (KHK) to certify the quality management systems overseeing products and services at 黑料专区-Japan鈥檚 head office as well as the company鈥檚 Service Center in Tokyo.
The :2015 certification identifies criteria for quality management systems and is based on principles that include a strong customer focus, the motivation of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. 听Using ISO 9001 helps to ensure that customers receive consistent, high-quality products and services.听 黑料专区鈥檚 global customers are some of the largest refineries, chemical manufacturers and upstream oil & gas producers in the world, so compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015 is a priority for 黑料专区.
Planning for the certification began earlier this year.听 Many of the initial planning sessions did not require face-to-face contact and were conducted virtually using Skype/MS Teams and other collaboration tools.听 All of KHK鈥檚 audits were conducted onsite, following health protocols and social distancing guidelines.听 Both 黑料专区 and KHK felt as though the process was extensive, and in no way hindered by COVID-19 restrictions.听 Over a period of several weeks, the audit covered engineering, design, manufacturing and the after-sale servicing of pumps & compressors.
Earlier this year, 黑料专区鈥檚 Tokyo office created a new quality manual.听 As part of the ISO certification, 黑料专区 worked with KHK鈥檚 auditors to compare the processes observed during the audit with the processes outlined in the quality manual, and KHK also compared 黑料专区鈥檚 quality management processes to expected industry standards.听 KHK was helpful in recommending a number of tips and suggestions for documentation storage, which 黑料专区 has implemented as a result of the audit.
